World's Most Extensive Wine and Chinese Cuisine Experience

The Ming Court now features the Ming Cellar, a shrine to the world's finest, most unique, boutique, organic, and vintage wines. The cellar houses over 350 wines from 16 different countries in over 90 regions. Guests of the Ming Court can tour the cellar and even taste some of the wines with Zach Yu, known as "the wine guy". The cellar features an impressive selection of wines. Their most expensive bottle? A 2001 bottle of Pétrus from Pomerol, France for HK$38,000.

If this isn't grand enough, the Ming Court is now featuring a 180° food matching service. Guests start off with the sommelier, Zach, who will help select a wine that is pleasant to both the palate and the wallet. The wine will be presented to the two Michelin-starred chefs who will build a menu around the wine choice(s).

The introduction of the Ming Cellar and food matching service is not an October only promotion so if your Hong Kong travel plans are November or later, be sure to keep this one in mind.
